This number is a probable-prime (likely to be a prime but we have not (re-)proven it on this site).
An 800-digit prime of the form P.Q (dot for concatenation) formed by concatenating two 400-digit primes, P and Q, such that Q.P is also prime. In this case, P = 10^399+1311 and Q = 10^399+441934797. [Rivera]
