This number is a composite.
190 is the largest number with only distinct prime Roman numeral palindrome factors that is itself a Roman numeral palindrome (190 = CXC = II * V * XIX). [Thoms]
In April of 2010, Eric Weisstein announced that the number
obtained by starting with 37765 and adjoining to the right
each decremented number down to 1 is prime. The number 190
occurs 190 times in this number. Aside from 1, the only
other numbers that divide the number of times they occur
are the primes 7, 37, 47, and 73. [Merickel]
