This number is a prime.
The smallest of only two primes, with all distinct prime
digits, that are formed by concatenating a double-digit
number with a pair of double-digit emirps. The other prime

digits only, that remains prime by inserting zeros in

The smallest prime of the "commas sequence" consisting of only prime digits. Note that it is the only such prime that
