4769
This number is a composite.
The only composite term of a fictional sequence found in Philibert Schogt's novel The Wild Numbers. Curiously, 4769 = 19 x 251 and 476919251 is prime. Note that 192514769 is prime also. [Vo]
By the end of 2003, the program PRIMO could certify a 4769-digit prime in less than three months of uninterrupted computation on a 1 GHz processor.
