This number is a prime.
The smallest base-8 pandigital prime, written "101234567"
in base 8. Any base-8 pandigital prime must have at least 9
digits, but it is remarkable that the smallest possible
combination of digits (i.e., a leading "1" followed by the
smallest possible permutation of digits 0 through 7)
already yields a prime. [Hasler]
