SoBSieve is a program written by Paul Jobling to help with the Seventeen Or Bust search to eliminate candidate Sierpinski primes (see www.seventeenorbust.com for more details). It works by removing those n where k_i.2^n+1 is composite, where k_i is one of the remaining Sierpinski candidates.

Surname: SoBSieve (used for alphabetizing and in codes).
Unverified primes are omitted from counts and lists until verification completed.
